Nissi Telecom, Inc.is an Samsung and Panasonic Business Partner, an authorized dealer for Samsung and Panasonic. The company was legally formed on Feb 01, 1993 as Digitech Communications, Inc. on the premise that small to medium size organizations can be handled with a higher quality of customer service at affordable prices. The scope of higher quality service includes faster order processing, faster response to customer inquiries, cleaner installations, better consultation and a higher level of customer satisfaction.
One of Nissi Telecom, Inc. founders worked for MCI direct from 1985 to 1988 in the Engineering division telecommunication products and services. manager for the phone system division of West Coast Telecom Company. After many years of success he and another top Technician in the same division went out on their own and formed Nissi Telecom, Inc.(Digitech Communication, Inc.)in 1993.
In March of 1993, Become a Panasonic Authorized Dealership, provides high quality services and products in Chicago metropolitan area and Midwest. On November 1, 1993, Nissi Telecom, Inc. officially became a Samsung and Panasonic Dealership and began selling Samsung and Panasonic phone systems.
Nissi Telecom, Inc.has their own phone technicians, voice over IP technicians, data specialist and trainers. We are looking to hire more sales people throughout the year because the demand for quotes, repairs and phone purchases have increased dramatically this year (we now have over 1,500 accounts, many who keep coming back to us for additional sales). Most of our phone technicians have at least 5 years experience with Samsung and Panasonic¡¯s installation and repair division for phone systems, assuring that your phone system will be installed properly. Yet we have found that our costs for installations and repairs are generally 20-50% less than dealing with Samsung and Panasonic directly.
Each of our trainers has more than 5 years experience in training customers on the use of their phone and voice mail systems. This experience helps insure that our customer¡¯s phone systems are programmed correctly and are satisfied in understanding how to use their equipment.
According to Samsung and Panasonic in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 we have been one of Samsung and Panasonic¡¯s leading small to medium solution dealers in Illinois. In 2002 we sold more Samsung and Panasonic Partner IP Phone Systems (small to large phone system designed for businesses 3 to 250 phones) than any other Samsung and Panasonic Business Partner in Illinois. According to Samsung and Panasonic we are one of the leading dealerships in Illinois for sales of their new Voice Over IP phone system, IP Office for 2003 and 2004. Our success we attribute to being more competent than any other company on one brand and a specific market.
Nissi Telecom, Inc. focuses on small to medium size organizations, one to 250 phones per location. Besides selling phone systems we also sell and consult on the following areas: providing customers with access to the Internet, data networking, local/long services, teleconferencing, loudspeaker paging, interactive voice response, unified messaging, messages on hold, leasing, wiring, equipment installation and repairs.
We consider Samsung and Panasonic to be the most trusted telecommunications product available to customers in our market place and for that reason we do not sell anyone else¡¯s phone system. We believe by selling only one brand of phone systems, we become extremely skilled and competent at making this product work right for customers.
